Prelude Number 13 in BAminor

Friday the 13th strikes.

Got a crappy grade in my Business Law and Taxation quiz. Passing, but crappy nevertheless.

Just as I was going home, rain came down. Hard rain. I just realized I didn't bring my umbrella today. I brought it last Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and yesterday. And the clouds decided that it should rain today. So now, I'm stuck here in BA, waiting for the rain to stop.

I know it's not really that bad. But when you've got a two-week old cold, every feeling/sentiment about everything just intensifies. I just hope nothing goes too wrong on my way home.

So there's my update for the week.

Oh yeah, Happy Birthday Dyan B. :D :)

2005 and 2006

2005 lessons/ realizations/ insights:
Zuma Tip: Just because nobody understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.Hehehehehe..

Ang hindi tumaba nung bakasyon, hindi masaya ang bakasyon.

I'd rather be busy than do nothing.

No man is an island. At some point, no matter how independent we are, we will need someone for something.

Ayoko ng mga paputok. Mausok tuwing New Year. Mahirap huminga. Hazard pa sa mga daliri.

It is hard to really change the world.

Sure, hope is always alive. But sometimes, we have to stop fighting it, or fighting for it, and just let go. Let Hope rest, and let Time work. And it may just happen, with the help of Luck, Chance, or Fate.

2006 goals:
Buy the CD editions of my Eheads and Parokya cassette tapes.
Buy that Creative Zen Nano. Kung hindi lang nawala 3310 ko...
More control in my impulse-buying-syndrome
Avoid taray moments and taray sumpongs
Practice my instruments more often
Graduate in April
Pass the CPA Board exam in October

It's starting to hit me. I may have a degree-required job before this year ends. In time, I shall say hello to the real world. Or the real corporate world. It's exciting. It's scary. We'll see.

I'm thinking when is really the best time to start working. I'm thinking of taking some time off after passing the board in October (Yes, I will pass!). Most of my workmates in my OJT recommended a vacation after graduation (passing the board in my case). Maybe I'll just do that. Maybe I'll start working in 2007. I'm really contemplating about this thought. I'll see. We'll see.

I can't really create an in-depth entry about 2005. I wanted to, but well, maybe the most valuable lessons cannot be written in words. Bottom line is, 2005 was an awesomely-great-amazing year. I wonder what 2006 brings.

We'll see.
